Ok this is a problem for me cause I don't have e-gold or alert pay to pay for my ads or upgrades to a certain site. Is upgrading your account considered a ad? I'm kinda wondering about that. And what is the best way to get alertpay cause I don't like e-gold.. Cause I do have a site that I want to stay with and the upgrade isn't much like 2.50 for a month and I make that all back plus some, if your interested in know the site please send me a message and I will get it for you but right now I am stuck on trying to figure out how to get some money in my alertpay account.. Can someone please help me out on this..

You can fund your alertpay account with your credit card. I dont know why you dont like E-gold. E-gold is best online [payment processor account. It is accepted almost in every country. Also the fees of e-gold are much lower when compared with other online payment processor

Not sure why everyone thinks this is a new policy, it's been stated on paypal's site for years. If your upgrading an account gives a money bonus to someone else, or will help you earn more money which is ten handled trough paypal then yes it would fall under that policy.

I know that was stated on the paypal site a few years ago are these owners just noticing some of this stuff.. They said that paypal just sent them a notice.. but yet us other people that use it every day already know this stuff.. Not making much sense if you ask me! thanks for your reply.
