Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches..How do u like them?

I like the traditional pb&j sandwhich. crunchy pnut butter on one slice of bread, grape jelly, and grape only, on the other slice. slap them together and you have a good snack that can be associated with childhood memories.

For sure, I loved peanut butter and Jelly sandwiches even as a child I did too but not toasted.. I didn't like that until I got older.. Why I don't know... Thanks for your reply!!

I had that one time when I was really young not on toast though just on bread, I was suppose to go on a field trip for school and I didn't bring a lunch the teacher went home and made me one, how nice huh and she made me a peanut butter banana sandwich it was actually good.. Crunchy peanut butter, grape jelly,concord if available.If no grape,then strawberry is a decent substitute.

I love Strawberry jelly, I'm not a fan for grape Jelly.. But I do like the grape and peanut butter that is already mixed in a jar I don't know why that is.. Do you like yours toasted or on regular bread? Thanks for your reply and have a nice day!

It is better on toast, but I will eat it on regular bread. I do not have these very often but every now and then I do get a craving for pb and j. I could go for one right now just doing this post. With home made jam of course!!!!

I like them either way. They are really good toasted though. I don't like them mushy.

yeah there is something about just plain bread I don't like either I think sometimes the jelly is to much when it's toasted it stays together better or at least I think so.. Thank you for your reply and have a great evening!

Oh yes we go threw alot of peanut butter at my house between my husband and I. My son eats it but clear with just a spoon he loves it, I don't mind he does that, he doesn't like Jelly though either grape or strawberry never knew why either.. Thanks for your reply!
