I do shout on my spouse

A woman was narrating her lack of control of her temper, she says she shouts on her husband whenever they have minor disagreements.Do you think it is proper to shout on your spouse when you are in a hot temper?If no, then what should you do.

Shouting won’t resolve any issue, will only make issue worse. In long term, the spouse may get fed up with her or leave her. Whoever likes to shout should learn how to control his (her) temper and try to figure out a better communication manner to make each other understand and compromise the issue.
