then exercise. sweat it all out. i seen once on tv that you can burn the fats on fatty foods but you have to atleast dance continously for 2 hours. i have a friend who is really engaged to eating fatty foods but he sweat it all out it is his guilty pleasure but to stay fit he will burn it out. his family is in the line of heart ailments and diabetes but he has none of those but still continously eating but sweating it out at the same time.
we cant have it all if you want to eat something fatty then there is a price we have to pay.... its either grow fat or sweat it out.

hello if you want to eat a lot but not gain too much weight then i suggest you try "before 6" diet as i call it. eat as many as you want the whole day but make sure that by 6 in the afternoon till 6 in the morning you should not eat a thing. it takes determination to do this... bon appetite

Hi there,
I also like fatty food especially chocolate, but I manage to control my weight ( not lose it just keep it the same) by walking every day, start my day with hot water and a bit of lemon, and have a chinese green tea with my meal....I think as long as you keep the good and the bad balance you'll be fine...
I hope it helps ...have a nice day...xxx

I eat TONS of fat a day (just started this 6 weeks ago) and have lost 50lbs. I just cut out the carbohydrates. Yes folks, I am a lowcarber.
And if you are thinking about bashing my way of eating, please save your breath. I've lost 50 lbs in 6 weeks and I have WAY more energy (sometimes I have so much energy I can't sleep from all the fat burning off my body) that I'm up half the night, cleaning. lol.
Decrease your fat if you must, but I'd look at what carbs I'm eating too. Cookies, chips, certain breads, candy, white rice, cereal, etc... ALL fattening and ALL contain trans fat... well maybe not the rice... lol.. but too many carbs turn to fat..

What non "fatty" foods do you like? Start by finding foods that are healthy that you do like and try eating those more often. Every so often add more of these healthy food that you enjoy to your diet...you might find that you start to enjoy healthy foods more than the fatty ones. You'll feel better and will probably not even want the fatty foods anymore.
