internet earnings

For the past few days i have tried to find sites through which you could earn on the net , but they all are charging some registration fees one thing they gaurentee is that you would get handsome returns. so why dont they just deduct from the earnings made instead of charging before hand.

yeah...me too... some of them are asking for fees and it's hard to just join the site with that kind of policy...
