I understand she hasn't received her item, I used to sell my old things on ebay and this lady hasn't received her item she bought for $2.25 here's her first email to me
yes, i asked you last week about shipping and its wednesday and i still have not recieved these shoes and im really not amused. at all...i mean expecially since shipping insurance wasnt a choice. so if you could please track my item and let me know when they will be here or when i will be recieving a refund. thanks
I wrote, i'm sorry u hadn't received ur item, i did mail them out on 5th, but once they're in the hands of the post office it's outta my control, once again i am sorry, let me know when they get delivered!
I was being nice right? here's her next email
yes mam you are responsible for it since you did not offer shipping insurance. thats complete crap. and i would really hate to leave negative feedback but its not fair that i've paid for something on JULY 2nd and havent recieved it. soooo...i will let you know but i'm really getting upset.
So i got upset b/c she was being very rude! so i told her i didn't say i wasn't responsible, i said it was outta my control 2 totally different things, and i wasn't getting upset about her attitude, so y was she being rude to me! I said don't threaten me with a negative feedback just do it! it's not going to effect me b/c i'm no longer selling things on ebay! so if she wants a refund let me know and i'll happily process it as soon as i receive my item!
How rude is she do u all agree! or would u have reacted the same way? do u think i reacted resonably?!

There is a slight lesson to be learnt here, when ever you sell something on ebay NEVER put a postage price which does not include insurance and which does not include the parcel being signed for. It is always good to have your parcels insured so that if they get lost then you can put a claim in with the postal service BUT also it is very important to make sure your parcels are sent needing a signature when they are delivered this way you know the item has been delivered and signed for then your buyers can not turn round and say it has not arrived.
Selling things on ebay can be great but it can also be a nightmare and double so if you are using paypal as well. Ebay is a great online market place which allows everyone to sell everything and anything but it is also a haven for scammers, con men and disshonest sellers/buyers alike so you really have to keep your guard up and make sure you protect yourself as much as possibe from faling victim to any number of scams.
I have bought and sold on ebay i used to have a business which was largly run on ebay but i have also lost money through ebay and paypal because of their lax systems, just try to protect yourself from the scammers as much as possible.
Incdentaly did you send your parcel needing it to be signed for when it gets there? if you didn't you may be getting the " it hasn't arrived " scam in which you can't prove it has arrived and the buyer gets item and cash back.
Hope it turns out well for you

i've been so lucky so far. I have sold and bought several things in the last years, and I have never had any issues. I've been grateful for that. I did have one occurence where someone one an item, and did not pay-- but ebay gave me my fees back, and it was no big deal. I've heard of a lot of people having issues, but thankfully I haven't had to deal with it.
Thanks for sharing!

I can understand her being mad about not getting the item. Heck, anyone would have been mad-- but she did come across really cold to me. I'm a dedicated ebay seller, and had I gotten that email-- I would have been upset. There are ways to work things out without being nasty. She doesn't know you and has no reason to treat you like crud. Things happen!
I'm sorry she was mean to you! Did she ever get her stuff?

Oh the fun of ebay, this is one of the reasons I dont sell on ebay anymore. LOL you have to wonder if she will send you an apology when the shoes turn up!!! Some people are just impatient and rude!

i think that lady is just being sour about how long it's taking and taking the anger out on you, unfortunately. she acted out of line in putting the blame on you, but you have to understand that it is quite annoying for us online buyers to not receive items as quickly as we thought, if the seller's to blame or not. haha

oh i understand, i got upset recently when i bought an item online and didn't receive it by the delivery date, but when i called the online store, i was not rude. i know it's not the ladies fault, i know its the delivery companies fault but u can't contact them, but i know not to get rude with the lady from the store!
