I'm a young mother trying to get my kids to eat a variety of food. I want to know how to make homemade meatloaf? Is it possible to make a fully cooked meatloaf without it being red in the middle. And my cousin made some fried potatos and it was the bomb. Is there anybody out there who knows how to make fried potatos? Please give me the recipe.
