Yes I know this is healthy diet and I am starting this diet. I have tested it and I feel dizzy and hungry. But my real question is for those who are on this diet is Tuna ok to eat with this diet? If so I hope I can. If not then I will have to take Omega 3 Fish Oil pills for my omega needs. Please let me know if tuna is ok with the raw diet.

I see it's 4 yrs since you posted, and I don't know how much you've advanced in the raw food diet. I'm soon going to cleanse, detox and switch to a raw food diet myself. I've come across a couple of websites that might be helpful in getting over the rough spots:

I'm not on that diet nor have I heard of it, but if you feel dizzy and you're hungry a lot...thats a really bad sign. You may be losing weight, but its the wrong type of weight. You'll be losing more muscle mass then fat. You just need to eat a well balanced food. Raw food should only be vegetables and fruits since those are the most nutritious. When cooking meat (which you do need MEAT) boiling it would be the best way to cook it. Basically eat balanced and work out. Tuna is good for you. I know my sister can't eat sea food so she gets her Omega from Eggs at Costco. Apparently they have the Omega vitamin in there. But watch out on eating too much raw fish or fish in general.
