If you know how to do the basic, can you help me? I just need the basic, what are the softwares neccessary to make a character? How to do the modeling?

Well, to make a character and a 3-D Game,your going to have to learn some C++ Programing, and the Character Models You should make In really, any 3-D Modeling programs such as Maya, or Caligari

So all I have to do is to learn C++. . .it is very hard for me to form a figure, I can't make a perfect specially a human face.

Making game is not an easy task it needs so much practice and hard work. And for ur basics there are many softwares like MAYA, 3DS MAX, LIGHTWAVE, MOTION BUILDER,etc.
You can have a look on "my photos" made in MAYA.
