When I say sorry...I do feel sorry and it is heartfelt. :)
I do not see the point of saying sorry when it is not something that I believe I should be saying.
Course then again...I am often told that I say sorry a lot.
But I do truly mean it!!! :)

hi balasri for me. if its my fault i really feel sorry and I do anything that make him/her forgive me for what ever situation that i may be wrong. and i know what is right and wrong thats why i should say that if i know that i am wrong. i say sorry many time to the person concerns :) ahehhe
