Well you could grab a copy of utorrent and download episodes from tokyotosho.com It'll save to your hard drive and be unwatchable until the episodes 100% downloaded. But hey it's better quality than some of the stuff on utorrent and other flash based sites. fansub.tv offers only unlicensed series and has a direct download option (done right from your browser instead of through a program)

you can search at youtube or dailymotion. i am watching fushigi yuugi at youtube before and i think it was funny because i really had an anime marathon before. it was straight 1 week that i finished the 52 episodes of fushigi yuugi!

I don't think you need any program for watching anime online, well I can't recommend you watching anime online becuase bad quality on Youtube or CrunchyRoll. I prefer you download every anime on torrents. :)

I think youtube is a given. You don't really need to download anything else to do so. Uh. www.animecraves.com is also a good site, but it's 5 dollars a month I believe. Most of the stuff they have on the website is English dub if you prefer that sort of thing. (I know I do.)
