Hello, I am Yitbarek living in Ethiopia I am a studio photographer and retouch photos for customers. Before using clone stamp tool to retouch photos I used to use healing brush,noise filters and different bluring filters. Now I am using clone stamp tool only to retouch photos and it has very pleasing results. Because of this I recomend you try it and if you have othere ways to retouch photos please respond to this discussion.
