How much does it coast to by a lechon (SP_) whole pig?

It depends on the size.
The exchange rate as of the moment is around $1 = P 46 or 45.
It depends on how big the 'lechon' is. Price ranges from around P2,000 to around P5,000 or even P8,000 if it's really huge.
But the pricing is based in my location, but I guess it's the same in negros too.
Ask for the size. But more or less it's that price range. My uncle cooks lechon as his business.

humnn..I'm craving now for lechon..munch..munc..makes me feel hungry all the more..hehe!
I guess lechon would be cheaper in Negros, but as others have said it would depend on the size of the pig.Here in manila, a 13-15 kilos that is good for 40-60 people is worth 5,000 pesos.
