going to the phillippines

hi im a 43 year old man on my way to the phillippines and would like to know if there is anyone out there that can help me with some words frist off i would like to know what utso oi means, i see it alot, i hope someone out there can help me Thanks!

I'm a Filipino and I don't know what "utso oi" means. Could it be a different dialect? Where exactly did you see it used, or how it was used? There's a bunch of Filipinos here in myLot and I'm sure we're all happy to help. =) Have fun on your trip to the Philippines!
