Dish Soap

This isn't really a quality discussion...but its better than Join under me....blah blah blah.....lol. So, I will answer. I buy whatever is on sale. I am a single mom, and I have dishes daily, on a piece rate income, so, I can't afford to buy any specific brand. Heck, sometimes, when times get really hard, I even have used shampoo to wash the dishes....LOL.

I always buy dish soap that is NOT antibacterial. I buy whatever brand that is on sale that does not have it in it. I live in the country and have a septic tank instead of city sewer. When my septic tank had a failure I found out that it was my constant use of antibacterial soaps (and taking Dr prescribed antibiotics myself) that had killed the organisms in the tank that keep it working properly. Huh?! Who knew?! So, I don't buy any dish or hand soap that has antibacterials in it anymore.

I use Dawn Dish Soap. I grew up on it, so it just came natural to use it myself. I have changed dish soaps, but always gone back to Dawn, because I perfer the way they clean.

I usually use trix mint scent washing detergent or a coles brand orange scent or another one which is apple scent. As you can tell I go for the smell other than anything else! I go for which ever one that I like the smell of the most and the cheapest one of the smell that I like!
