blink 182 is a million times better than angels and airwaves i am not saying that angels and airwaves is bad but when tom left blink 182 for angels and airwaves it was the worst decision he ever made. tom delonge is one of the few reasons that blink 182 broke up but mark and travis are kickin a@* with plus 44

Blink 182 is one of my all time favorite bands but I don't think it was so bad that they all went on to do other projects. Blink 182 was all about being young dumb and immature. They had to grow up sometime and move on from that. Box Car Racer actually came first, which was Tom and Travis and that guy from Rancid and Mark is on some tracks so it's honestly like Blink. And yeah Angels and Airwaves just isn't the same as blink. It's good, but it's a whole different type of music. Travis was also in the Transplants. I haven't heard enough of +44 to comment.

I personally like Plus 44 alot more. Do you know why they broke up? I keep on reading that Tom was responsible for the breakup of Blink 182? He had some problem with the direction the band was going or something?

Musically Angels and Airwaves are better, blink are funny and a great band. alround better but muscially no. a mistake? are you kidding? apart from blink spliting and the fact tom lost a good friend.. then yeah
