Hell yes I think its fair. He was involved in the whole disgusting incident. I am a big animal lover and some of the dogs shown on the media regarding this incident made me sick to my stomach. I truly hope that he get punished to the max by law and then someone beats the crap out of him so he can feel how these poor animals suffered. I hope the Falcons get rid of him ,they don't I will certainly not watch them playing anymore and give up being a fan of the team.

If he knew what was going on at his property, then he does have some responsibility. It's amazing though that the media already have him charge and sentence with this incident. It does not seems like he is getting a fair shake. How soon people forget what happened to the Duke players recently.
