How can a chinese learn english well

I have a sister,she is not good at english,and she wants to improve it.But i don't know how to help her.I wonder if people here could give me your hands.

I am currently learning Chinese and I use a book along with audio (a CD) and I find this very helpful. If she uses a CD to learn as well I think she'll find it a lot easier and learn a lot quicker :)
Using a CD really helps with pronunciation, which is important for learning a new language.
