i wanna find out how i can stop sweating and embarrasing myself infront of evryone

If you have an excessive sweating problem, goto your doctor. There are different pills that you can take to help you not sweat as much. If this is not an excessive sweating issue, you can switch deodorant or, wear an under shirt to help hide the sweating problem.
