I have worked with 3 year olds for years and I have never seen this before.
If the film footage is real then this kid is amazing.
However, I am a bit sceptical as the film did not show a full view of the boy as he did the painting, it was only of his hand moving, which could have been manipualted.
If it is real, then he is a genius as most kids at this age would never paint something like this.

This kid is really talented. I hope his parents encourage his talent. I also hope he doesn't become macho as he gets older and give up art because it's not manly enough.
