Is this email a phishing email?

I received an email on my yahoo account. The subject reads "You won $500". Here is what it says: You won $500! Yahoo!® Mail congratulates you! CONGRATULATIONS! YOU WON $500! Yahoo! Mail gives members random cash prizes. Today, your account has been selected as the one of 12 top winners accounts who will get cash prizes from us. Please click the link below and follow instructions on our web site. Your money will be paid directly to your e-gold, PayPal, StormPay or MoneyBookers account. Click here to get your prize: http://www.yahoo.com/members/prizes.php?sid=9F5D41G93H86&rd=us&id=2831923284&uid=2R5A4h43U2R3&dx=28403945 Sincerely, The Yahoo! Whenever someone offers you a prize without any action from you , chances are either it could be false or they will have a hidden agenda. Be careful in sparing your details in response to such mails. Choice is yours.

Yes I have get rid it is the biggest Scam known And it is not from Yahoo either Just delete it as soon as you reply they will ask you for money before they pay it out Even I have got this a few times through and other Friends have to and it is a scam

oh,i dont know if we can trust this.and i've never received this kind of email before. i think the first thing is to contact yahoo,see what they'll say. if it is true,lol,then congratulations.good luck to you.

I have never heard of Yahoo giving out money. I would alert Yahoo, or just throw it in the trash.
