What's the best gift can an older sister give to her 9 year old sister?

Giving advice in giving gifts is always easy but when I am the one who needs to give gifts to my own family its so hard to decide. Can you help me out? There are many variety to choose from. From toys to accesories and etc...

I don't know if there is a best gift but I would suggest finding out what she likes. Is she into anything in particular? like fashion, gadgets or what not? how about giving her a $$ with a beautiful card and she can choose to buy something for herself. It doesn't have to be much either. Even gift cards to a girlie store would be nice. Is she into reading? Harry Potter book is out :)
