The fastest hero in dota without haste.

Pls tell everyone who is the fastest hero in dota without having to need to use skills like WindWalk, Rampage or Berserk, or Track. Passive skills which increase ms are okay, as they last throughout the game and are not mana dependent, right?

The fastest hero in DOTA for me would be naix cause when he reaches late hame his passive skill which gives movement speed and attack speed. Plus his agility gain is massive. When this hero reaches late game he will be the fastest hero in the game

Hey. Naix has only 9% movement speed increase but Lycanthrope has 12% ms increase. So he should be the fastest, dont u think?

yea i guess lycan is the fastest hero without any items to pump his ms.

Azgalor, Black Arachnia and Mortred those two i think have the high ms. Just use The Power Thread and Sange and Yasha. Ive tried Azgalor, when he's in lvl 1 he is slow. when i have use the pwer thread hes ms increase. Black arachnia and Mortred because they are in agility build. they also increase their ms and attack speed. and the skill of arachnia the web made him increase attack speed and move speed. (correct me if im wrong)
