Certain people have no respect for anything nowadays. I assure you that they'd try to pin the blame on a motorist if they got themselves hit! Even if they did get hit, I doubt they'd learn anything from it.

oh yes..that is a huge problem where I live. One of the first things we learn as kids is to look both ways and watch the traffic lights and stay on the crosswalk. I live in a college community. It just amazes me how many of these supposedly educated people just step out in front of traffic oblivious to lights and signs.
