while tornado's produce a lot of damage each year, it would be wise for the government of the USA to take prevention actions against the damage tornados produce each year. These actions should be : 1. building reinforced windmillzones around hazard cities. These windmills would have to be very strong, like giant ventilators, creating winds in opposite directions, moving a thunderstorm right from its path towards the city. 2. building houses firmly underground (the storm will just fly over them leaving no damage using reinforced concrete
