Why does Wendy have a soap?

I dunno really. But if her soap doesn't fare well then that's probably the first and last soap she'll ever get.

I think it's a strategy of ABS-CBN to show her up on TV.. She would create a BIG BUZZ as her story inside and outside the PBB house is controversial and because she is beautiful.

I was expecting this post would shw up in here after the buzz had revealed the title of the show. I was also surprised even before the news came out from the Buzz show. I really believe that somebody from the inside the network has some strong connection that's why she has this strong influence.

oh, i saw one preview with wendy in it but i thought it was only for MMK, you know, her life as a harlot. so, she has a soap, good for her, bad for loyal abs cbn viewers. i just hope they would not put that soap in a slot after tv patrol and before ysabella (the only two programs i watch on abs). if that happens, i would forever stay away rom abs.

is it a teleserye? i thought it was just a sineserye would just last for only one month.. me either, i was surprise to know about this.. o well just see if wendy will give justice on this..

What? when did this happen? I stopped watching TV after PBB ended. The last time I saw the PBB housemates was when they played deal or no deal, and wendy was the one playing the game, all of the housemates were there and they were just watching. Maybe she has a sugar daddy inside the abs-cbn management. Haha.

Yes, I just knew it yesterday. I was really surprised at how much projects Wendy is getting from them. Many people obviously hated her. People seen that as well as the management. Probably this is ABS CBN's way to patch up her bad image before. I think with this soap, people will slowly forget what Wendy has done in the house and this time people will readily accept her and patronize her.

Right d00d00, she got this soap which will air on prime time starting this coming Monday. The first time i saw the trailer, Wendy's face wasn't revealed yet. Ans i said to my self that the japayuki role would certainly fit wendz because that was her job in japan before. hA! I wasn't really surprised it was her dancing on the pole. I was just a bit pissed and i questioned " why the h3ll she is getting this show, and the big winner bea is nowhere to be seen on tv lately. i get a high blood pressure everytime i see her on tv. lol I know she, like anyone else, deserves another chance. Anyways, we will see if she would be successful. But i am only giving her a year and she will be gone. She indeed has a backer in ABS-CBN. her margarita show is getting a lot of exposure now. By the trailer alone, i'd say the story line is the allegedly "Wendy's true to life story".

I agree with that from start it was already scripted and also the attitude of Wendy when she quarreled with Gee-Ann and Bea i think its her strategy so that everyone will focus on her and be famous immediately. And that's why ABS done that because they are in favor of her.

I saw it on TV too and wondered the same thing! I have to admit she was the prettiest but giving her a soap this soon after PBB just seems to reinforce that rumor that there was some "big boss" in the network who favored her.

d00d00, I bet you know by now what happened to Wendy's show. As it is, it was axed! Most televiewers hate this girl.
