Improvement On The House

All of us desire to effect some or the other improvement in our house. Can you be an exception ? Adding some modern furniture, refurbishing of the lawn , planting new flowering species in the garden, provision of perfumes and other toiletries... the list of comforts depends of course on individual likes and tastes .

Well, we just bought a house... so the list of updates is long. We broke the access panel on our deck to the safety escape in our basement window, so that's the first repair. On the list of winter projects are the downstairs bathroom and the updstairs bathroom. Both need new toilets, downstairs needs a new shower and upstairs, at a minimum, needs to move the shower head, because it's shorter than my husband is! The long term project I want to do is to completely scratch the kitchen adn rebuild it! It's functional, but I hate it.

Hello, sukumar. No, I am not an exception. I would love to completely redo my kitchen with granite countertops, refinished cabinets and updated appliances. Plus I would like to enlarge my pantry to make it a walkin. While I was at it I wouldn't mind adding some of that granite to the countertops in my bathrooms and refinishing the cabinets in their as well. I am actually pretty pleased with the condition of my furniture at the moment. Although, I suppose if money was no object I would buy a nicer more comfortable chair for my husband to put in our family room.

We are doing some improvements on our house right now. The roof was recently painted a heritage red. Now my husband is painting all the eves a green colour. He is out there now doing it. I have been trying to improve the front garden. It needs more weeding, but the weather has been too cold to go out there for long. I did plant threee new shrubs last week. After the roof is finished, we are going to redo the roof on the pergola out the back.

Improvements on the house need money. When I got my flat, it was furnished with only the basics though I would prefer to have a designer built decor. We do not install luxuries. And now, we are happy with the simplicty because it is easy to maintain.

I feel that there is nothing better than changing something in my house to make it look different in some sort of way. Sometimes it is just a new piece of furniture and other times, it is just moving around furniture I already have. I have also done a lot of work on our house over the 20 years we have lived in it. I have put new windows and doors in it and redecorated from top to bottom. I did this slowly myself. Other times I had to have builders to repair the roof and other small jobs, but that's just general maintenance. :-)

I really love to do that BUT what ever I can do there will be no chance that I might improve my house. First because It's a little bit small and no time to buy new furnitures and accesories because lack of budget on the money. But now I plan to move on anew house that are nore comfortable to us and maybe even I have no budget to have a new furniture I will just used my skills to improve it.

I had a sprinkling system put in for we wanted some kind of lawn but wwhat we planted all didnt come up and then we have reall good spots of grass that I hope will keep spreading over the years . I also plant flowetrs in the spring mostly patunias this year for we found some that smells real good but the heat has got to most of them I am so sad about that. I had also had someone put a new rug down in kitchen about a year ago . I guess we do spruce things up when we get some extra money.

I want to tile my kitchen floor. But that's expensive. It's over 19 years old and it shows the ware. I also want to install new ceiling fans. If I really had the money, I would put a privacy fense up in the back yard.

A full house redecoration from walls to funiture would be nice. Would be even better if we owned the house/apartment first though.

If I had the money I would purchase new furniture for the house. However, I do not have the money so I have to buy used furniture. Planting flowers in the garden is less expensive than buying furniture so I guess planting flowers is a better option for me.

I want to put new cabinets, counter, and floor in my kitchen. After that, the bathrooms and master bedroom could be improved. Our house is almost 30 years old, and those rooms are the only ones that haven't been updated.
