I got into tea about a year and a half ago and I have been soaking up all the information I can find since then! I finally realized that I should keep a blog about it -- to keep myself organized and to help others.
I have a whole lot that I'm writing about, and a number of posts written in advance, but I'm having trouble deciding what information should come first. Please comment on the site with questions and suggestions if you like!

Thanks! That's really helpful, but even those categories still contain a LOT of information.
Specific product reviews of teapots, best material for teapots, culture of teapot collecting, change and development in the form and function of the teapot over time....
And as to different teas, my next post will be about the differences that distinguish black, oolong, green, white, pu-ehr, and kukicha teas, as well as how best to brew them. Different tea processing processes could be another post, as well as different tea-producing countries and the kinds of tea they're known for. Heck, I could easily do a post for each process and each country!
Sorry, I overwhelm myself a little too easily. How about I do a couple posts focusing on different processes, and a couple focusing on different countries, and you guys can comment on the ones you like! I'll play at a bit of everything, and stick with what's popular. Sounds like a good business model to me!

Thanks so much! This has been a more difficult blog to promote than my previous ones, and that's frustrating because this is the one about my passion -- tea!
My hope is that good information and quality writing will keep a few loyal readers coming back. I'm glad to know I'm on the right track.
