Do you have thyroid problem?

Yes I do. I found out about it 2 yrs ago. The Drs have me on meds for my thyroid. I think it helps alot. I have seen a change.

I do not have. But my hubby and daughter are having. Sometimes I feel afraid. But what to do? But then many say they have this problem and are taking regular medicines. Hope for the best.

Yes, I suffer from thyroid problems I have all my life. It has caused me many problems more so to do with my weight then anything else. I am obese becuase of my sluggish snail paced thyroid and I can't afford the pills I need to take most the time when money is tight which is mmostly is my thyroid pills take a back seat to other bills and things, like toilet paper and detergent or my pills and then have nothing to do laundry with all month or toilet paper.

I take thyroid medicine even though clinically I am on the low side of normal rather than actually below normal. It was something a doctor tried me on due to chronic depression. I think it is one of the few medicines I've been on that truly helped without causing too many side effects.

Not sure, have alot of questions. I got a few blood tests and my TSH has varied alot. Went from 1.648 in 6/07 to 4.482 in 8/07. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it...thanks!

Only three months back did I come to know that I'm having this problem and I'm under medication since then.

I have been battling hyperthyroid for almost 15 years now...about 6 years ago,they found 4 medium size nodules in my neck...and a medium size goiter ....I had a radiation treatment to destroy the goiter and nodule..and was success full...luckily I don't have to take any medications...and finally gained a good amount of weight...from 120lbs to 165lbs,5'9" tall.
