I really don't believe in using it because of the numerous side effects that it use normally generates.I believe in using local herbs which are more potent and with little or no side effects.

these are fake once
just for commercial market

I couldn't say for sure. It's just something I never really thought too much about exactly. I probably don't think I will but to each their own on that front. If it has some side effects that can cause problems, it may not be worth it. That's about the best I could say on that. If local herbs have little to no side effects, then go for that.
