How to add an avatar to your profile

Anyone want to point me in the right direction to add an avatar or image to your profile image? Just point me to the help or tell me please. Thank you in advance.

You can add your avatar by editing your preferences which is on the left column. After that it's easy peasy.. :D Have fun!
