Why I am boycotting Rebel Oil

This is a copy of the letter I just sent to Rebel Oil, I am so angry I doubt I will ever shop there again. I would rather run out of gas and be stuck on the side of the road than buy gas from them. Oh wait, I bought gas and still ended up stuck on the side of the road. Dave Epperson Rebel Oil Mr. Epperson, I want to let you know why my family, friends and I are boycotting your store. Two weeks ago I purchased gas at your store on Warm Springs and Paradise in Henderson, Nevada. Within ten blocks, my truck stalled. I spent an hour in 110+ degree heat waiting for a tow truck. When he arrived, he turned the key and the truck started right up. His opinion was that the problem was caused by the extreme heat or bad gas. He said he leaned towards the bad gas because of the disgusting smell coming from the truck. A week later I again patronized one of your stores and filled the tank, two more times my truck stalled, leaving me sitting in the misery in the heat. Each time there was the distinctive and sickening order of bad gas. My mechanic diagnosed the problem as clogged fuel injectors caused by low quality or contaminated gas. The second incident, and final straw, occurred today at your store on Eastern and Windmill, Henderson, NV. One of your tankers blocked the exits in the parking lot. I tried to squeeze by to get out, it was close, about 3 inches of clearance on each side, but certainly possible. Your employee rushed over to my truck signalling for me to stop, I thought he was offering to spot me. Instead he stepped in front of my truck and smiled. He was not going to let me leave until he had finished pumping the gas and moved his truck. In retrospect, I should have called the police because he was holding me against my will which is technically kidnapping. I realize I will probably only influence one to two hundred family and friends, a mere drop in the bucket to you. But as your employees continue to treat customers poorly, as your product quality continues to decline, I am sure many others will stop patronizing your stores. ********* Thanks for listening, I really needed to vent.
