I wrote this a few years ago when someone I love was going through a hard time in their life , I hope you all like it xx
Hard Work
Don't take for granted the things that you do
There are lots of people less fortunate than you
Just count your blessings accept what you are
With some positive thoughts you can go really far
So don't be dissuaded and don't get depressed
You're trying so hard! You can just do your best
We're all made quite different I'm sure that you know
And the more that you try you're confidence will grow
After all the hard work you have done through the years
Your life should be happy and not filled with tears

That lovely poem so rings true for me at the moment, so I would like you to dedicate that to me too if that's ok, although there is light at the end of the tunnel, but it's through my lovely friends that have shown me love and support that I've managed to break free at long last and see my future looking rosy instead of full of dark clouds. Thank you xxxx

Don't you have an artistic granddaughter? How about you have her design you some greeting cards, and you put your verse inside? This would be a very nice encouragement card. I did like it, and I am sure the person you wrote it for did too.

I have pal but I do them myself , I have only ever made them with the verse in for that person alone though , I always thought that only the person I wrote them for would enjoy them , but you lovely people on here have made me think differently .thanks pal xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi weemam! Wow' that is a very inspiring poem. I am sure the person whom you wrote it for has felt very good inside knowing that someone really cares for him or her.. I really felt good reading that. It some way reminded me to always be courageous and try to find strength and goodness in ourselves. For we are tougher than we think and we are blessed than we'll ever know. We just have to really have personal reflections of who we are and what we are and just love and appreciate ourselves. Really appreciate that you have shared that to us. Thank you. Have a nice day!
