When was the last time you saw or talked to your parents?

The last time I saw my parents was a year and a half ago. We live on opposite ends of the world. It's too expensive to travel. But we do talk at least once a week.

I have one on my computer but my parents don't have one. They are not very computer literate so it's hard trying to get them used to using the webcam or anything like that.

You know you can see each other, if you get both of you one of those cams and put it on your computer.

You know, I don't talk to my mother enough. She lives in Florida so we dont talk hardly at all. I guess I need to make more of an effort to do so. She wont live forever. I talk to my dad all the time since he lives locally to me. What kind of daughter am I for that?

Sometimes, we have a better relationship with one parent than the other. If you are going to feel guilty about it, then give her a call. If you and see are comfortable, then stop feeling guilty.

I used to see my mother every day, she only lives 5 minutes away but at the moment I am not getting along with my father very well so I dont go there as much as I used to. I try to ring her every day just to see how she is, I rang her this morning so that was the last time I spoke to her. The last time I saw her face to face was about a week ago.

Lets hope that things will get better. If there is a conflict between you and your father, of course that puts your mother in the middle. That that is not a great position to be in. All the best.

I saw my mother last night. She lives about 30 minutes from me but we go see her at least once a month. We are very close.
