yes, im doing that. though some said that it should be turned off, while charging. some say that it should be fully battery empty before you recharge your unit. there are too many things said. so i just do what i want. charge it when i need it and use it when i want to. i dont think that it has effect on the lifespan of my unit. when it is overused the first one that suffers is the battery but i think its because that the battery detoriates no matter how much you take care of it.

Yes I do use my cell phone while it is charging. This will not hurt your phone. However it is always good to let your phone run down all the way and charge it from empty. This will keep your battary from building up a memory. It is also good to use chargers that is rated for your cell phone. Some companys out there do make after market chargers, however this can hurt your phone or void any warrinty that you phone may have.

Yes i do use my cellphone when its up for charging. When i receive calls or need to make some or even when i need to set up a schedule i use it even when its is being charged. I have not faced any problem till date which shows that the phone would get damaged if i continue to do so.

There have been the odd times at home when I have had to use my cellphone for something while it was still charging, but besides that, I've never needed to use it while charging. Most of the time when I need my cellphone, I am out of the house and away from the charger.

I used to do it, but stopped since last month. I received this forwarded email from a friend giving warnings in using cellphones while charging (especialy doing calls).
