my friend want to sale a house, but i my opinion the house isn't worth the price, he is asking, how about your opinion ?

What I know is that house price depends on its location or vicinity, made of and design/floor plan. Why don't he ask some help from a realtor so that they could help him sell his house? It's hard pricing it just by looking at it, its better to seek help to an expert. Good luck!
