I find that this is an interesting matter to share with all my friends here:-
If a barber makes a mistake, it is a new style.
If a driver makes a mistake, it is an accident.
If an engineer makes a mistake, it is a new venture.
If parents makes a mistake, it is a new generation.
If a politician makes a mistake, it is a new law.
If a tailor makes a mistake, it is a new fashion.
If a teacher makes a mistake, it is a new theory.
If our boss makes a mistake, it is our mistake.
If an employee makes a mistake, it is a 'MISTAKE'!
What do you think of it? Are you agree with it? Tell me and lets share your opinion here. It is just for fun.

Hello ifinallyfoundmybaby,
It is just a for fun and please don't take it seriously. I just love to share with my online friends *smiles* But in fact, most of them do happen in our daily life. It is pretty amazing when you are just a 'small' person and what the difference it will bring when you get to be as someone big and important. Well, I agree with most but not all too *smiles*

hi friends,
yes u r right mistake is mistake, whether it is done by u or others . some one is responsible for that and always a smaller memeber will be responsible as he has less responsibilities. so grown up and be biggest so that all of ur mistakes will be miss taken by subordinates.
usualy we learn from mistakes but it is done by some body senior or elder to u than it gives pain as u r blamed
for what u have not done. any it is the fact and it exist in our society, so keep going. i can't say more.

Hello CEN7777,
Thank you for your response. There must be someone to take the blame and I agree with you. In an unhealthy office environment, it always happen that the subordinate needs to take the blame. Sometimes it is just pathetic to see the innocent worker being blamed for something that is not his mistake. But, what else can we do?

if i may add,
if a scientist makes a mistake, it's a new discovery or an invention.
if an artist makes a mistake, it's a new masterpiece.
if people make a mistake, it's part of the learning process.
if kids make a mistake, it's part of growing up.
if i make a mistake, i'd hear several "I told you so!"
