pluto???

is it true that pluto will be nearer our planet this July? a friend of mine told me that pluto will be seen as clearly as the moon this coming july 27, 2007.

There is no way that any of the other planets of The Solar System will be seen as large and clear as The Moon, unless the planets change their orbit and come closer to The Earth, and that is very unlikely.

Because the moon will be hidden by clouds, right? Unless it's orbit radically changes, Pluto will never be as easy to see as the moon. It isn't even much bigger than the moon, so it would have to get as close to the Earth as the moon is in order to be seen that well.
