Are you upset?

I feel your friends will understand your predicament. As you will have limited time at school or at work to post on mylot. So you really can't post much even if you want to as you have study and work to do. Hopefully you can get computer with internet at home soon so can be more active on mylot. Enjoy life. I just check under "discussions my friends started" but I don't respond to all of them. If it is something I don't know anything about I won't respond. It's kind of hard to respond to everyone so it doesn't upset me if everybody doesn't respond to mine.

MyLot is a diversion, and should not be so important to a person that it is upsetting to them. I like to respond to my friends, but they do not always have something I can respond to. I work one or two jobs all of the time, and cannot access the computer for personal use at either one of them. I do not let small things upset me, it just is not worth it. I just enjoy the fact that MyLot is here and I can from time to time enjoy it.

I would also be upset if I couldn't go on Mylot everyday. I am very fortunate as to have INTERNET at home. I understand your limitations my girl. You do what you can and I'm sure all your friends here empathize with your problem. Take care

i undesrtand your frustration..you see when i cant even have a hold on my own computer because my borther over used it and he wont let me use it i get upset and all i do is just t scream in my room to release the grouch..then when i get a chance to be online i see lots of my friends started discussion and i cant manage to answer it all due to its very much for me to manage..i really hate it when this thing occur..

i go to work five days a week eight hours a day. excluding the four hour travel time i take everyday. i spend less time with my daughter who is only two years old, which is very critical age. she'll go to school next year and i don't think i can accompany her.it's very frustrating!!

aw thats got to be hard on you. But just do the best you can with the time you have.and answer that portain to you is probably the best way hugs

It's ok. I don't get to check all of mine at one setting either and I am at home. Focus on your school and work and then check through Mylot when you can. Work and school is more important in my opinion. Heck, I give anything I had a job that required most of my time. When I do get a job, I plan on only working on my online programs on my days off. So just read through them, ones that you relate with, respond. With me, even with my friends list, if I don't relate or don't have a clue about it, I don't respond. I won't respond just to get money and end up with a post that makes no sense or that's not related to that discussion. Again, no need to apologize.

i don't feel upset but disappointed because usually i try to do my best to reply in at least one of their discussions.but sometimes due to some personal responsibilities or some internet problems i m not able to do so..in situation like this i just leave them. in my opinion feeling upset is not going to do anything!;) just one should try his/her best to do,with those facilities present, what s/he can do. never feel upset i hope your true friends would understand your difficulties and they won't mind it too much when you are not able to reply!

Hello there beauty, I missed you here.I know and understand your case.Sometimes I feel the same, I can do mylotting anytime at work when i am not busy and I can also do mylotting at home since we have internet connection. But still I feel upset when I am not able to respond to all the discussions since I only have very limited time. I cannot do much mylotting at home since when I get home all I think of is sleep and sleep and sleep, its nice to rest and relax at home.

It is ok, beauty_ph. I can understand how you feel. I am lucky that I have my Internet connected at home and I am able to surf online anytime when I am free. Stay happy, friend.

Hello Beauty! Yes, when I am at the public library in Monroe, Michigan.. I have only one hour slot unless there are not patrons (customers?_) well, one hour or two is not enough time when you are having fun. I have a computer @ home in my basement but sometimes my asawa is on the computer playing her scrabble or literati,,etc etc..Louella does not e-mail or Yahoo Answers question and answers ( i do but i like this forum better) but I like this My lot as I get to be verbose and prolix! which means i talk to much..lol..jk! but if i could i would give you my $9.04 to help you out...maybe a lab top? well i could log on in your place (in lieu of:) well like i said i am verbose..or Madaldal in tagalog? i tried to learn tagalog or visayan for years but i only know a few words and it is so frustrating to pronounce the words properly..i can only imagine what my wife had to go through to learn English..but she is good as she worked in Japan for six years and worked for people from New Zealand mostly.. so..please be patient as you are one of my favoariate My lot posters..i used to be a level seven in the Yahoo..but they booted me out and i lost all my points but i am back to five level..but you get no money..sorry to talk so much..yak yah..salamaat po?

I get upset when I get woken up early, and when Im stuck in traffic taking my sons to school and picking them up... It gets so frustrating sometimes cos the traffic takes for hours, also I get upset when Im trying to respond to my friends discussions in mylot and my computer decides to freeze on me, when im half way thru responding to a discussion... I like reading discussions that I find I can relate to more easily... Nice discussion.

I just do whatever I could do. Like you I'm also working and at the same time a parent. So my time is also limmited and even if I spend less time in sleep just to answer and participate in myLot, I still feel the shortness of my time.

I think most people understand that they are not able to respond to all their mylot friends discussions. I know that I do not have time to participate in all of my friends discussions. I do as many as I can and do not worry about the rest.

I have all my friends on e-mail notification. So every morning when I get to work I go and read the notifications- I delete the ones I can’t respond to- at least not with a quality response. I then put all the ones I want to reply to in a Mylot folder in my e-mail. I answer them in word throughout my work day and then I copy/paste them at home into the discussions- I have some e-mails from a couple of weeks ago – I will get to them- but in my time- Somedays I have longer to work on mylot than others- Yes it makes me sad that I can’t answer them all- but I can’t spend 24/7 here- We all understand--- just do what you can and it’s good to see you here!

I'm just glad to know that you are still with us and that you are ok, so there is no reason to apologize to me. I'm lucky in that I am home most of the time, and I have a computer on my desk so I don't have to miss out on mylotting unless I have errands to run. I don't think I would be very happy either if I didn't have my computer to go on when I wanted. God bless you too hon.

Right now,I wouldn't say I'm upset but maybe a tad tired.I'm still in school but my timetable's been kind to me this semester.I have time to log in only when I'm not doing my assignments or running errands for mum and dad.I'm busy on most weekends.Don't worry,I'm sure your friends understand how busy you are.By the way beauty,what do you do?Take care.Zal.

I do feel upset because I can't participate in all of the discussions that my friends started as much as I want to. I try to open my friends discussions and answer it one by one but sometimes my time is limited or I can't relate to what they have started so I have to skip them. Have a computer at home but the internet connection is really slow and even though I am connected for about three hours, I usually have done little even though I want to do more. Don't worry, you're not the only one...we're trying.

Im willing to bet that you are the only one worrying about this. most of us have other obligations and can't respond to each and every discussion on here. You do the best that you can and it is just fine....no need to appologize.
