whats the greatest life lesson youv e ever learned?

The most important thing I have learnt is that we should focus on the positive as what we focus on expands. Therefore, if you are looking and thinking about the negative aspects of your life, THAT will expand! The more focus we give to certain points of our lives will mean we get more of that in our life. So see the good around you and around your family and friends and experience more of the good things and instead of all the things that are going wrong. It's difficult to begin with and as you practice this more and more, you will find that you have more good things happen to you and less of the negatives. However, we are all learning all the time and it may be that you need to experience some of the negatives in order to grow and learn so that is also part of life and part of evolving. xxx
