Are you talking about an online company? If so, its a scam. Don't waste your money. As for a regular company, one that pays your wages, no, they are supposed to pay YOU to become an executive.

I definitely will not join this. This is scam if they ask you to pay first. A lot of online database job is apparently using the similar methods, asking method to pay first and guarantee money back if you are not earning USD1000++ after one month, when u ask for refund, no one will answer for ya.

Depend on the condition. If they give us $10 at 1st it doesn't matter as long as they give like normal salary for the executive post at other time. Its not wrong to take an opportunity to get employed.
