How many people feel the need to take a nap after lunch

I think that might eat to much at lunch but today i didnt have alot to eat! Nothing to hugh, some chinese food, a little crab ragoon and chicken finger with a handful of low mein. Now i feel like i could just pass out at the desk! Anyone with me on this? What did you eat that made you want to nap!

There is nothing wrong with napping. Actually they say it is healthy. As a rule, most of us don't get enough sleep. Sleep can help us to burn fat, be more productive, feel better, etc. So if you feel tired, regardless as to whether it is because you ate too much or the weather, if you can take a nap. Just don't make it longer than an hour and make sure it is at least 4 hours before bedtime.

Humm i will try to do that! I sometimes feel that i get to much sleep. That is only on the weekends though. But then i get even more tired ahahaha

I usually feel that way after dinner, no matter what I've been eating. It could be a light salad or a three-course meal, I still feel like I could fall asleep at any moment.
Lunch usually invigorates me, for some strange reason.

hahahah yeah i am always tired after dinner. I could always easily take a nap then but i probably wont wake up until tomorrow too!

I sometimes do. It depends on the weather or if it's just one of those dreery days then I feel I want to sleep after I eat. Another thing would be if I have too much to eat, or too many carbs. I hate that feeling though when you're just too tired to function after eating so I try to avoid it!!! Java is the key! lol.

Amen on java! Really wow, i think i should watch my carb intake. Maybe that is why i am always so sleepy.
