help needed

i tend to loose wt n gain relatively fast bt im unable to maintain my wt onces i loose it..i can diet i had gone on healthy dieting n lost 5 kgs in 2 months bt slowly im getting d wt bk ..any sugesstions?pls helpppppp!!!!!

Hi, Its quite natural to gain weight. People tend to forget that if u r going to diet for sometime and then again starts eating all those oily foods, the weight is bound to increase. Its not a one time issue, its a continious process. You have to remmeber that for keeping your mind and body healthy u have to exersixe. Dieting is required as well but i belive in exersixing. Losing weight through excersize is easier than doing lot of dieting. If u r a begineer, start slowly with light weights or u can start with walking also. Walking- brisk walking- jogging and the n running You will feel a lot of change in yourself. Cheers, Tutul

To keep the weight off, you have to increase your exercise or decrease your calorie intake. its easier to take an hour each day and go for a walk than to eat less. Even a leisurely stroll will burn calories.
