when top gun was filmed prior to it's release in 1986.. , jerry bruckheimer and tony scott were aiming a for vision that at the time the usa air force and pentagon thought was totally ridiculous !
the end product a unimaginary/unpredicted high speed,tense,action pack with entwining romance outside and in the top gun school!
from this first ever high speed film where was your favourite filmed section of the film that was acheived?

the best moment, the dogfight scene where maverick applied the air brakes to outmaneuver the russian mig and get behind him for a clear shot....
