mylotters from the Philippines, who among you are from the Philippines and use debit card to join paypal? May I know what bank you applied for? thanks

I think the best choice would be the EON cyber account from Unionbank. I have one and use it to verify my paypal account.

I applied a debit card in UnionBank, it's EON CARD to make verify my paypal account. You just have to pay 350.00 for the annual fee. You can check it at http://unionbankph.com for more details and navigate in EON page.

Try to get a Uniobank Eon or BDO visa or mastercard ATM its a debit... I did it to register in GLobal DOMAINs International... If you haven't joined yet... You can join me www.my.ws/zinteractive
