formatting my laptop

After formatting my laptop there is kind of visible lines running,what could be the problem

You may need to install your video drivers.
To find out what card you have go to
start run dxdiag "Display" subtab.
In the first couple lines it should say the name of your card. Go to the manufacturer website and download the driver. If you are still having problems leave a message with me saying what card you have and I will direct you to the right place.

You may want to run an update, you may need updates for your display etc.
Have you done that yet?
