how do u say i am......................

Saying am sorry, some people find it so difficult to really express their apology, but I don't take it as anything because life is like a smoke. When we think we are too big to say I'm sorry to our friends, neighbours etc, then we will die one day feeling too big. I don't thing saying am sorry is a big thing. Thanks

I find it difficult to say sorry too, especially to people who are close to me. Sometimes I find the best way is to give a quick cuddle or a kiss (depending on the person) just to break the ice and then it makes it a bit easier to actually say the words. Most of the time though I can stew on an argument for ages wanting to say sorry if it's my fault but not actually being able to until I have calmed down enough to reason with myself.
