I think Matt Camden is by far the best looking guy and the best looking girl is probably Mary, but Ruthie isn't far behind (when she gets older).

Yeah, Kevin is cute too. I'm starting to think all of the guys on 7th Heaven are all really good looking, except for maybe a couple.
