I've noticed alot of nonsensical topics posted lately...or is it my imagination.

that's soooooooo true...Why would you post such controversial things like that on here when you already know it is going to cause a disturbance i tottallyy agrre with you in this matter. To tell you the truth I think it's just really annoying and stupid.

It has been going on for at least three months (that's how long I have been around here). I think the people are doing it because it earns them money. At first, I did think that it was starting arguments just for the sake of arguing, then I started to notice the number of responses these people were getting. The argumentative discussions get more responses than normal polite discussions. Go figure.

I tend to wonder if these trouble makers ever get out of the house. They post a controversial subject on purpose, disguise it as a simple discussion, and then proceed to attack everyone that disagrees with them. Still others say coarse and vulgar things about other people, and then are shocked when their discussion is deleted. The worst is when someone feels like they lost when arguing with someone on another discussion, so they post to talk about the person they were arguing with. Then they post a link so all their friends can go gang up on the person they felt wronged them. Very mature. It's just sad when someone's life is diminished to besting an anonymous person over the internet.
