If one person not much, if you mean everyone then we would have over population, starvation due to too many people to feed, all natural resources would be used up in no time. There would be an increase in crime and violence because there wouldn't be any consquenses for anyones actions. The planet would slowly die.

I agree with you on your point of view. Rencently, and I mean in the past YEAR, there have been over a hundred new subdivisions springing up, and that's JUST in our immediate area. Why are they developing so many subdivisions? Simple, to accomodate the increasing population (and that's with people still dying as normal). At the same time, all these fields were being used to raise crops, used for Human consumption. NOW THEY ARE SUBDIVISIONS! Eventually, there will be no land producing crops.
